  1. I shot this video on Monday after markets closed so here are 2 additional points:

    (1) In my view, Japan raising the interest rate by 0.25% is NOT going to kill the arbitrage (Of investing in other markets like the US). It may have a marginal impact on investors' returns. The bigger reason here is what if Japan takes this interest rate further up in coming months? So this fear is what is leading to sell off in my view. But structurally, this is NOT going to last long with respect to the Indian stock market.

    (2) The US recession fear is slightly a bigger challenge for the Indian stock market and a lot will depend on Aug month’s unemployment data which will be published in Sep and also on Fed rate cuts timing. Even if we assume worse that the US market will continue to see sell-off, good news is in India, DIIs are buying. Here is some data for you:

    On 05 Aug:

    FIIs Net sold: -10,073 crores

    DIIs Net bought: 9,115 crores

    On 6th Aug

    FIIs Net sold: -3,531 crores

    DIIs Net bought: 3,357 crores

Clearly, FIIs are selling Indian stocks and DIIs are buying. Whether the Indian market will go up or down this week will largely depend on how much more selling will be done by FIIs.

Would you rather be an FII (selling) or DII (buying) right now?

Watch this video to gain a lot of analysis in a simple language 🙂

  2. Hi my question is that
If investors are withdrawing money from us markets and bringing BACK IN Japan
They will either invest it in the Japan stock market Or bonds or property etc
So why has the japanese market fallen ?

  3. Thank you Rahul Ji… I wish you could screen my folio ! it's hard to talk to eapert this days as everything is You Tube ! let me know how I can share names of my shares and you can advise @ [aid service. Many thanks , Jai Jinendra

  4. Rahul, in the video while speaking about Foreign Portfolio Investors, you showed a graph about the percentage of FII, DII and retailers. FPI and FII are different.

  5. Sir, please suggest us multibagger sectors which will go up for the next 2 to 3 years. It'll really help us with our investment strategies. Will highly appreciate your help 🙏❤
