    I love how you idiots text about things you know nothing about. The US is the largest economy in the world by a mile. Japan is far behind. The world will comply and they can cry as much as they want. Watch how Toyota caves in the next few years. They all will either do business on Trumps terms or lose the American market.

    US wants to produce only overpriced and excessively powerful vehicles. Greed replaced the tariffs in the 80s and while the US vehicle got better they kept growing and small efficient vehicles were dropped.

    Watching this report I was reminded of watching an elete chess championship while listening to baroque orchestra music: timeline, methodical and exquisite – the antithesis of that orange d'head doing Putin's bidding by destroying the country he was supposed to SERVE!
    Perhaps Trump thought 'Serve your country' meant 'serve your country to Russia on a silver platter'?

    I preferred my Toyota or Nissan and I would any other big three but they three is nothing but junk they're dependability sucks and the cost to repair it sucks I'd rather buy a Toyota and Nissan any day before I would buy another big three vehicle I have a key on product 2021 Colorado it has nothing but problems which keeps lingering on one repair after another never again will I go with the big three Toyota Nissan will run forever with very very little repairs and put three $400,000 mi on it I know people that has them and this is proof I've seen it till the big three you better get your s*** together because people will not buying your junk products anymore start putting quality back in your vehicles and starting to trying to make a fortune off junk People's catching on to you joke vehicles get the message I hope you do

    You go with Japan put the big three to Shane The big tree just wants to get rich overnight they need to make smaller fuel efficient vehicles that the middle class people and the poor people can afford only rich people can afford vehicles from the big three 5200,000 vehicle really That's a little bit outrageous I bought an '06 Silverado back in '06 brand new for $15,800 bucks out the door now they're running 48 to $100,000 for a Silverado white that big of increase for a truck I didn't pay that much for my home they need to get their s*** together because American normal American families cannot afford their Richie vehicles while they keep giving tio's and the employees big raises and yearly incentives really then they pass on the cross to the consumers unreal they don't have a brain I swear to God they don't have a brain bring your your price is down way down You're getting out of hand All big three three unbelievable that's why Japan Nissan Toyota all of them is beat the hell out of you because they got vehicles middle class and four people can afford get the drift get a life get back to reality and quit putting so much money in your pocket and get back with quality parts and vehicles

    Why are you showing Kishida as the PM of Japan? Kishida resigned a few months ago. Ishiba Shigeru is the current PM of Japan. Also the tariffs don't really do anything since maybe 1 out of every 1000 vehicles in Japan is American.

    🇦🇺 with Canada again, no Holdens now so only Japanese cars for me. Love Honda & Toyota so great on Aussie roads, great fuel economy and beautiful to drive. American car industry has never made anything to rival the Australian Ute, stupidly thinking we would want their gas guzzling oversized ugly F100s 😂😂😂. Oh and they also don’t like anyone to know their beloved Winnebago designed and built in Australia. Take what they want, ruin countries industries, claim everything was theirs first although most were stolen or badly traded.
    Sincerely hope Trumps latest stupid tariff move sees a total and permanent collapse of the American Car Industry! Then Australia can have back our car manufacturing industry and the thousands of jobs that ripped away from dedicated workers!

    There is a difference between brand names and country of origin. Setting aside parts, I know from my work experience Camrys and Accords built in the US were shipped to Japan.
