It never seizes to amaze me, how many different completely unknown airlines to me, there are out there. Your footage of the platforms and taxiways always fascinate me. Impressive service for such a relatively short hop! For a similar flight within the US or Europe, you are lucky to be handed out a small bottle of water 😅 Thank you for the great review 🙏🏼
JAL is always my go to choice for flying between YVR and Japan. Although sometimes they use their 767 instead of 787. Both have the 2-4-2 seating configuration.

How was Taipei?
I made this same trip in January on a JL 789 and just as you described it, the coach experience was nearly flawless. Looking forward to my next opportunity on JL
