The markets fell sharply on Wednesday after Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell expressed concerns about the economic impact of tariffs. Meanwhile, President Trump is meeting with Japanese officials about tariffs. CBS News White House reporter Olivia Rinaldi has the latest.

The US couldn't impose "reciprocal" tariffs if other countries didn't tariff our goods. The US never had tariffs which put our nation in a poorer position.
Now that it's called out, if nations don't want to drop their tariffs against the US, the US needs not only to reciprocate, they need to find new sources.
Optimally, the US will manufacture/source the goods within our country when possible.
