In a unique take on a Children’s Day tradition in Japan, divers in Kushimoto, Wakayama, have suspended a row of colorful carp streamers under the sea. The fish-shaped windsocks, a symbol of health and happiness for children, are usually hoisted in the air, but these ones are swimming with real fish instead.
