nice video. i have a question how does the card charge work? like it says you get charged 500yen plus u add a 500yen deposit meaning you pay total 1000yen. once you get the card is the total of 1000yen available to use or do you only have 500yen available balance?
Just a note on #6 – it is rare that a foreign credit card works with smartex, so for most of us we are stuck purchasing in person at the station or klook.
How does participating in that visit Japan web QR code save time at avoiding immigration lines?you still need to stand in the same line with others who didn’t get a QR code, correct?
This guy over-sensationalises. Japan is ultra safe. These incidents are few and far between. And to discuss taxes together with scams. What exactly is a Japanese trying to do to tarnish Japan's reputation. He is very bad. Good luck to those who say they like his channel.

I just came back from Japan. Every Japanese that I encountered do not speak English at all including: immigration, subway hotel and restaurants. I have to understand sign language.
Is OSAKA ICOCA physical shortage as well? Can I still buy it in airport transportation
